I’ve been watching one romantic comedy drama just about every night since 2012. Yes, this drama is not a Romantic comedy and shouldn’t be on this list, but Signal is no doubt one of the best Korean dramas of 2016. The story is so smart, filled with great characters. My feelings towards the typical romantic comedy are a lot like my feelings toward “Sodas”. Lol Anyway, kidding aside, the drama was really good.
I cried my heart out with its finale, the emotions were so genuine, and how the goodbyes were beautifully done. To all of us K-Drama addicts, we know it’s rare enough to find a drama that is consistently good from the first episode ‘til its finale. The actors and actresses portrayed their parts really well, not to mention they all have great chemistry. I appreciate how it shows and centers the importance of Family. The writer deserves the credit, for bringing such a thoughtful, compelling story to viewers.Honestly, I expected more from this drama, but nevertheless I was satisfied with the flow and the finale. It’s been an uplifting and emotional journey for No Ra; she actually inspired me to do some soul searching on my own.Lots of life lessons in this drama and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole journey with the whole cast.
